RESEVATION PROCESS

In order to make an on-line reservation browser on the main page should be used. In the browser fill in the arrival date, number of nights you are planning to spend in the apartment / hotel and number of people that are supposed to stay with you. After you click the "Search" button system is going to find and display all hotels and apartments available in the time specified.

After you click on the apartment`s or hotel's name, details of property and the price will be displayed. After you choose an apartment or hotel suitable for you, click the "Book now" button. A reservation form will be displayed afterwards. In the form you are supposed to specify, how the deposit will be paid and give your personal data.

After you fill in the form and click the "Pay online" button, you will be redirected to a page of secure payments DotPay.

After making a payment you will get two e-mail messages. First one, from the DotPay system operator, will contain confirmation of the transfer or payment by credit card. The second one will be sent by our system and will contain a voucher (confirmation of the reservation) and details of the hotel or apartment booked, as well as information concerning receiving the keys.

SECURE ONLINE PAYMENTS

Our reservation system requires a deposit of minimum15% of reservation amount (depends on rate plan). Paying the deposit GUARANTEES the reservation.

Payment is made by the agency of the DotPay company (previously Allpay). In order to make a payment, you have to fill in all the fields in form on the encrypted page of the Dot Pay system, which you will be redirected to during the reservation process. Afterwards you have to click the "make the payment" button and carry out the instructions given.

After making the payment, you will get an e-mail message from the DotPay system operator containing confirmation of transfer or payment by credit card.
Remaining amount is paid in cash (PLN only) on the arrival date. Person delivering the keys cannot check the guests in before collecting the remaining amount of the reservation. If you book hotel room you can also pay remaining amount by credit card at the rception.
